Role: Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Experience in managing, handling and supporting ERP and CRM applications (like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle Service Cloud).
  • Extensive 5+ years of experience in sales and service business process integrations in CRM applications (like Oracle service cloud, Salesforce.com and Siebel).
  • Experience in handling B2B/EDI connectivity and integration solutions in ERP and CRM processes related enterprise applications (like Oracle, SAP) is an add on advantage.
  • Develop auto deployment build scripts.
  • Deploy the application and support Blue Shield's SCM team for setting up a .NET deployment process
  • Support QA team.
  • Regularly revisit and update Design document
  • Hold regular meeting with Requirements team and different stake holders.
  • Extensive 5+ years experience in SOA, Web services using SOAP and REST protocol, core java and enterprise java (JSP).
  • Extensive 5+ years of experience in designing, deployment, development/coding, implementation and integrating CRM and ERP applications using technologies like C#, Java, VB.Net, PHP, LINQ, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, WCF, Entity framework, Angular, MVC 4.0, C#, ASP.Net (.Net 4.0, .Net 3.5, .Net 2.0, .Net 1.1)
  • Knowledge of UMLActivityDiagrams, Sequence Diagrams.
  • Design and deploy web based and windows based applications using OSvC framework, portal development, configuration and customization approach, add- ins using .net, MVC 4.0, C#, PHP, ASP.Net (.Net 4.0, .Net 3.5, .Net 2.0, .Net 1.1).
  • Experience in building custom widgets and portals using PHP.
  • Experience in OSvC framework development of Oracle CRM applications like (Oracle Service Cloud aka Rightnow).

Role: Business System/IT ERP/CRM Specialist

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

As a Business System/IT ERP/CRM Specialist, Mrs.Suganya Shanmuga Sundaram duties include, but are not limited to: consulting, design, testing(manual and automation), implementation and lead project treams or tracks on consulting engagements with the Oracle ERP, CRM (Sales and Service) cloud project suite; handle sales and service integration with CRM applications; develop or coordinate activities with other teams in writing technical specifications leveraging prior experience in designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle CRM environment.
  • Implementation experience in iProcurement & iExpense
  • Expertise knowledge in P2P that includes Invoice processing, validating and payments to the vendors including reimbursement of expenses
Handle ERP applications (like Oracle , SAP), sales and service process integration with CRM applications (Oracle service cloud, Salesforce.com, Siebel), business processes (Marketing, Sales, services, etc.) as well as SOA integration and integration solutions in CRM processes.

  • Involve in End to End Oracle ERP Test cycle for the modules P2P, O2C & R2R ERP processes.
  • Functioned as a liaison between clients and development teams to analyze opportunities for business process improvements relating to the modules GL, FA, AP & AR
  • Verify the created Test scenarios & Test data with the Business
  • Analyzed and Developed Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Expected Test Results and Test Procedure from functional requirement for different modules in Oracle applications
  • Document approval and process workflows in various modules
  • Support the full span of the SDLC from detailed business analysis in writing test cases
  • Design and Analyze Test case design document based on the Functional Requirement specifications to implement through testing process for CRM and ERP business processes.
  • Prepare End to End process document for the Business with Improvements
  • Involve in discussion with Business and Development team to re-test and solve the defects raised in Accelerate
  • Involve in creating the Traceability matrix based on the Functional requirement in each module
  • Involve in generating the daily defect detailed report for the other project stake holders and the Management
  • Publish weekly and monthly status reports of the project
  • UIM webservices Analysis and design
  • Automation test scripts using Eclipse IDE

Minimum Requirement:

The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering or related field and/or relevant experiences.
